Conference (PIMEC) 2025<\/strong> officially began with the convening of the <strong>1st Steering Committee Meeting<\/strong> held at <strong>Headquarters Commander Karachi<\/strong>, under the auspices of <strong>Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi, HI (M), Commander Karachi<\/strong>.<\/p><p>PIMEC, a <strong>biennial flagship event<\/strong> of Pakistan, serves as a prestigious platform to showcase the latest technologies and developments in the <strong>national and international maritime industry<\/strong>. The upcoming <strong>second edition<\/strong> of PIMEC is scheduled to take place from <strong>3rd to 6th November 2025<\/strong> at the <strong>Karachi Expo Centre (KEC)<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The Steering Committee Meeting marked the formal commencement of preparations for this strategically significant event. It brought together key stakeholders including <strong>senior representatives from Federal Ministries, the Government of Sindh, Pakistan Navy, Law Enforcement Agencies<\/strong>, and <strong>Badar Expo Solutions<\/strong>, the co-organizer of the PIMEC.<\/p><p>In his opening address, <strong>Vice Admiral Muhammad Faisal Abbasi<\/strong> emphasized the critical role of PIMEC in highlighting Pakistan\u2019s maritime potential and unlocking the vast opportunities offered by the <strong>Blue Economy<\/strong>. He reiterated that the expo is not just a display of innovation but a catalyst for <strong>economic development<\/strong>, <strong>policy-level dialogue<\/strong>, and <strong>international collaboration<\/strong>.<\/p><p>The Vice Admiral expressed heartfelt gratitude to all participating stakeholders for their unwavering support.
