1. Stall Orientation & Footfall Vectors
Prime booth positioning is not solely about proximity to the main entrance. Corner stalls (two-side open) and island layouts (four-side open) along primary central avenues consistently outperform entrance booths where attendees are still orienting themselves.
2. Utility Specifications (Power, Water & Compressed Air)
Before confirming your shell scheme or custom bare-space build, cross-verify electrical wattage requirements with the organizer. Running heavy compressors or industrial heating elements requires pre-commissioned 3-phase circuits and neutral earth connections.
3. Rigging & Overhead Height Clearances
Check the maximum permissible build height for your assigned hall. While central island stalls often allow 4 to 6-meter architectural towers or hanging fabric banners, perimeter wall stalls are typically restricted to standard 2.5-meter shell scheme heights.
4. Lead Capture & Matchmaking Access
Confirm whether your booth booking includes access to the organizer’s official digital lead scanner app or B2B delegation booking portal to schedule pre-vetted buyer meetings in advance.
5. Breakdown & Logistics Deadlines
Review the move-in and move-out schedules thoroughly to avoid venue overtime penalties and ensure your freight forwarders have adequate dock clearance.
